Terms of Use
Effective September 1, 2026
Authorized use
DealerQuote Machine is for authorized dealership personnel. Accounts are created and managed by a CRM administrator. Users must keep credentials confidential, use the service only for legitimate business activity, and follow applicable law and company policy.
Customer and business data
Users are responsible for entering accurate information, obtaining any permissions needed to process customer information, and reviewing quotes, documents, and messages before relying on or sending them.
Google account connection
Connecting Gmail is optional. When connected, the CRM sends only messages that the signed-in user initiates through an available CRM workflow. Users remain responsible for recipients, content, and compliance with Google's terms and applicable communication rules.
Availability and changes
The service may be maintained, changed, suspended, or discontinued. Features and generated materials are provided to support dealership work and must be reviewed by authorized staff before business use.
